Specifies requirements for two grades of whiteheart malleable iron castings, two grades of blackheart malleable iron castings and four grades of pearlitic malleable iron castings in terms of mechanical properties, microstructure and freedom from defects. An appendix provides guidelines to purchasers of castings to this Standard.
