The research objectives of this AwwaRF report on leakage management technologies included: assessment of current leakage management practices in North America; review United Kingdom and international approach to proactive leakage management technologies; assess the practicality of applying these technologies to North American water utilities; and, provide guidance on how to practically and cost effectively apply these technologies to North American water utilities.
