It is essential in delivering quality products andservice while developing successful relationships with customers and suppliers.In every task and business transaction, the reputation of an organization iseither built or destroyed on how employees conduct themselves. Employees cannotearn and sustain the required levels of trust unless integrity is considered thebasis of everyday business. So what can be done in the water industry to stressthe importance of this issue? This paper discusses the development of a progressive Employee Code ofConduct Policy.
