ET Data Protocol Project objectives include: provide quality, easily accessible ET data; 2 Km2 resolution state-wide; build on proven, existing technology; stakeholder involvement in development; and, transferability to other states. Potential long term benefits include: meter reading; customer leak detection; peaking control; and, emergency operations response. Benefits of the state-wide system are provided.
