TCR program participation includes 23 TCR sample stands/+84 samples per month; state 2 disinfection byproducts (DBPs) at 16 sites and Cl2, temp, pH and general chem; routing monitoring at key sites/ "dead" zones; on-line monitoring at key locations/reservoirs; real time Cl2, temp and pH at 15 reservoirs and 2 inlets; and, monitoring before/after unidirectional flushing.
