Originally built in 1928 with additions in 1950 and 1965, Aldie Elementary School is designated as a historic building and includes classrooms, cafeteria/multipurpose space, kitchen, library and administrative areas and serves 110 students. As a result of COVID-19, Loudoun County Public Schools tasked a selected energy services company with renovating the building to provide outdoor air ventilation at levels meeting ASHRAE Standard 62.1-2010 requirements and modernize the building energy and envelope systems.
